Error with status update

This company was very unprofessional! They seemed to not have very much knowledge about my vehicle's status because each time I was given a date that my vehicle would be ready I would call and there would be another issue that needed to be resolved that was not discussed in any previous conversation. This occurred on 3 separate occasions. I was told that my vehicle was ready to be picked up so I drove there. This location is an hour away from me. Immediately I knew that my car was not right because they had added things that I specifically requested be left off and had even circled on the estimate. I paid my deductible and gave them the check to only be told that there was more money owed and I would have to wait until the adjuster paid that. At no point prior to me driving up there was I told that more money was owed so I wasted my time and gas to make a trip up there for nothing. When I did get the car I had to bring it back immediately because the signal was not working and the signal light was not secured. I told them that and they said the technician would look at it. When they brought the car back the light had been secured but the bulb was not replaced even after I had just explained what was wrong. At that point I was so extremely frustrated and dissatisfied that I decided I would just get the bulb replaced somewhere else. Apparently a thorough inspection of the vehicle had not been done at any point in time since my vehicle arrived there. I am going to have to have my vehicle looked at somewhere else because I do not know if there is anything else that they failed to check. I would not reccomend Five Star Collision Center to anyone!

My truck rides amazing. Also love the fact that your team took an extra step and gave it a nice detail. Love that New Car scent thank you excellent job.

Everyone I came across was friendly and I got my car back in a timely fashion manner.. Always kept me up with updates. I have **** small flaw that I noticed after driving off and hopefully it can be resolved wit no problems

Good service though a little lengthy feel that issues will be resolved soon with mismatched headlamps????

My front bumper does not appear to be on correctly and a piece on the inside fell off on our drive home. Will be bringing it back next week.
