Time of completion needs to be accurately quoted from day ****. 3-5 days depending on if more damage is discovered should not turn into two weeks and if it does it should be stated when discovered and the customer should be notified not receive multiple texts messages pushing it back two three different completion dates people's vehicles are there life line and when arrangements for transportation need to be made. The customer needs to be informed imidiatly when things change.
