The interior of the car was dusty. That is not the condition it was dropped off. The stereo was on a high volume. When I dropped it off it was on a low volume almost silent. That tells me that someone messed with it while under repair and I do not appreciate that.

My car was ready a day later than estimated. My suggestion is to estimate a day later than expected on the text updates and then if it's ready the day eariler, people would be wowed rather than disappointed to have to wait the extra day.
