quality of work looks great,people were friendly but I thought we would buff the tarnish off the existing headlight to match the replacement headlight other than that,my car looks great

We have been coming to Kumler for many years because of the great service we have received. This past time was different. The repairs to the car were met my expectations, however the cleanliness to the car was not. When I brought my car in I did have one spot on the seat on the passenger side. That was the only spot that I had. When I came to pick up my car, there were at least 6-8 spots on the drivers side seat. Also, my back seat was littered with used water bottles, trash that I hadn't cleaned out my car. Whoever vacuumed the car out put it on my back seat. Luckily no marks were found on the seats from that. I said something to Scott in the office about the spots, he asked me to bring it back in, gave me a rental at no charge, kept my car for about 3 ****/2 hours. When I returned to pick up my car, Scott informed me that they tried everything they had to get those spots out. There are still 2 spots that have remained. We have always been satisfied with our service, but this time it seems carelessness was taken in handling our car.
