Defects in new paint, misaligned body panels and a fresh gouge in the rocker molding. And this was the second trip to pick up the car after we had the same complaints the first time.

May want to add a little more information in the text messages when something changes. Like we will call about updates, etc. I expected the car to be complete one day and the text message gave a completely different date. Jeff was great to work with. He kept me updated with all the changes.

They have twice now within a year taking care of my vehicle. The van is specially adaptability for my disability. Which requires special detailing to accommodate all needs.
