I was told multiple times that my car was complete and even come all the way to pick it up and it was not complete when I got there. I made several calls one of the times just to make sure it was complete and was told it was. And then when I call to tell them I am on my way I was told it wouldn’t be done for a couple more hours. The car looks amazing don’t get me wrong. Just very poor communication with the customer and cost me time and money at work that I didn’t need to miss.

The car had received damage from a hit by deer and you think the vehicle would have been alignment no now vehicle pulls and I have to get that done. I have choose you over and over for repairs and I was not happy with the cashier either I had to submit my receipt as payment to my insurance that I made deductible payment and she was not helpful nor was she very professional when I ask for her to put that I paid cash and in full or when I asked how receipts work. I have work customer service for years and not impressed. I have brought my vehicle to you over other shops that my insurance covers and I would expect better from repeat customer. I’m hearing a noise too not sure what is at this time..

They did a bad job on the paint, my bumper is falling off,the passenger airbag is bubbling up and the radiator was completely empty! It was a 5 day quote which turned into 13 days. Horrible service.
