The person Fabiano got us off on a bad start, there is no way I can in good conscience recommend when I felt like I was treated poorly. She delayed my repairs by nearly 2 months we had to contact manager.

Everyone Iworked with at Phil Long was very courteous and knowledgeable. The receptionist I dealt with on the day I had my accident remembered me when I brought my car in three weeks later. She also helped determine that the phone number Enterprise gave me was the wrong one for the location. I received regular text messages that kept me well-informed on the progress of repair, and my final check out was very fast and easy thanks to the second receptionist I dealt with. Finally, the repairs on my car made it look even better than it did before the accident, plus all the carpets were washed, something I have never experienced at a repair shop. Overall, a wonderful experience.
