Thanks for asking. It was a little thing, not enough to give anyone a bad mark over, but I showed up at 0730 to pick up my car and had a little trouble getting someone's attention. I felt ignored. I stood around. I sat in the waiting room. Nothing. I finally got the receptionist's attention.
