Professional staff worked diligently to get the job done. Phil Long Collision provided estimated completion date with timely progress reports. The staff was extremely helpful. The collision specialist (Kimberly) was exceptional and did an excellent job of keeping us informed. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Excellent repair of our F-150. I had spoken with Steve in February after being referred by Mark Riese. We set an appointment for 3-14-18 and when I arrived, Steve was not there and there was no record of the appointment. We rescheduled for 3-21-18 and all went well.

There are multiple places on my bumper where dust (and even a hair) settled into the paint before clear coat was applied. This left a finish that has several small dimples and bumps and a hair that cannot be wiped off. Also, the bumper was not evenly aligned, and the bumper has small gouges near the top where it meets the rear quarter panels (on both sides).
