Great communication until the day the car was supposed to be ready and then I had to call a few times to details. The car was supposed to be ready on 2/9 and was completed on 2/12. It was also frustrating that the estimate took a few days and ended up being double what I was told when I first brought it in. My car was at your shop for nearly 3 weeks which seemed excessive for the amount of damage to my car.
