The reason Im dis-satisfied with my service with Arizona Collision Specialist and Geico, is because when I got the car back the first time the shop wasnt able to fix the window completely. Im told that they couldnt find the part since my car is rare and was told if the shop could get the part it would fix the issue (the issue being it whistles going 45 mph or higher). The work on the center console was wrong; the color looked like primer and not the color of the original. So, took the car back the next day to see if they could fix it. I didnt hear anything for a week..called Geico several times, and would take a couple of days to get a reply back. When the car was ready.the window still wasnt fixed correctly (still cant get the part to fix the window completely) and they broke the switch that controls the mirrors on the center console. At this point Ive had enoughnot bringing the car back and going to try and repair it myself. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences ever.
