My truck wasn't 100% complete when I got there when I did the walk around with Nancy there was tape residue that was black and also like a metallic blue tape residue that was left on the truck door on the outside that interns had to have it fixed before I was able to leave which delayed me getting back to work. Also I finished checking over my truck and found that I have change missing from the ashtray I had about 10 worth of quarters for my laundry that I'd forgotten to take out and now there's only two dollars worth and some pennies And dimes which I don't keep that kind of change in my truck only quarters I would like to know who took the change out of my truck I don't appreciate that I am very appreciative that you guys were able to fix my truck and get it done in a timely fashion but I just want to make sure that you guys were aware of the issue I had

I LOVE Arizona Collision Specialist. My experience was stellar - was always kept apprised of what stage my vehicle was in and anticipated time it would be ready. Also, truck came back washed, vacuumed and had the windows done. Cleaner than when I brought it. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs bodywork done. Also... paint is a perfect match!!!

I had an email stating my estimated completion date/time. No one contacted me that day to say that the car would not be ready at the time on the email. I called and was told it was almost done and that someone would contact me when it was ready. It was nearly the end of the day and I hadn't received a call so I checked again. My rep was not available so I left a message for someone to call me. I was called right back and told they were just finishing the car. Just a few moments later I received an email that the car was ready. It felt like perhaps someone forgot to notify me that my car was done...

The work on the door was very satisfactory and the cooperation with our employees was excellent. However,the last conversation was disappointing. Someone called to tell me the window on the back door on the right side wouldn't close. You said you needed to open it to get the front door in and it wouldn't close. It would cost me 229 to fix the window to close it and it was not the fault of the accident. I asked you to close it as I don't have that kind of money to fix it. YOU closed it. Then today I drove the car and neither back window would open. The windows worked before the accident, I thought it strange to give me a price to fix the problem before I could see it and know it had to be done. There are so mnny scams out today, I felt like it was caught.
