For the repair work that was done, we are completely satisfied.
However, the battery must have been disconnected, the clock had to be re-set, the Hazard Warning Lights were flashing (we didn't know how to disable that, but had to look it up), and the communications were a little crazy. I called for the status yesterday afternoon, after not receiving any messages during the day, and was told it was ready to go.

Estimates time was very inaccurate - took twice the time. Salvage parts were used to replace original, Lexus parts. My car has been devalued due to this. You added some type of retractable shelf in the back without my consent whichI want OUT. I am very displeased and will be contacting Geico on Monday. I would like my money back so that I can have repairs done properly at the dealership.

The repairs where fantastic, unfortunately communications were lacking. My vehicle was 4 days late and after the original due date I stopped receiving notifications and had to call to receive updates with several of my calls not being returned. Simple costumer service protocol for services that are going to be late is to keep in touch DAILY with the customer, if not twice a day. "Time is money."

There's a black scratch in the bumper. The estimated time for a minor repair got extended two times. Some minor rock scratches out of the area of repair apparently were fixed with a paint that looks like it was applied with a nail polisher. There are drops that are very nasty looking and it wasn't even part of the plan, I appreciate the attempt but before acting it should have been smart to ask and see if that polisher was an actual alternative and if applied, the proper care while applying the product. I'm really disappointed in that aspect.
