When I was told I would get a call back for updates on my car, I didn't. Instead I had to call and find out for myself. I was also only told that my car would not be ready on the original date the day of my original pick up date - again, I had to personally call back up to find this information.

I would like you to know I was not pleased with the correspondence and the length of the service. It seemed the only way to find out what was going on with my car was to call and ask as they did not contact me if there was going to be a delay in the status of the repair...although they did put me on email status updates which in reality didnt really do much but give automated emails daily. I felt the job took longer than it should of and each time I called to figure out what the status of my car was it seemed there was something different holding it up. I dropped my car off on 2/2 and the estimated time they gave me was 2/17...longer than i would hope but I understand the insurance damage assessment is a bit of a process as well as parts on order and the labor hours. I can understand all of that. What I was not happy about is the extra week on top of that it actually took. This is where the correspondence came into play. Unless I called to figure out when my car would be ready I would not have known it would be pushed back day by day until 2/24. I don't like to cause a fuss and honestly it I am only sending this feedback because I would like you to know areas to improve on. Keeping customers in the loop on the status of their repair should be a priority, if for anything more than to ensure they do not have to keep calling you to inquire and taking more time out of your day. I have talked to a few friends who say their previous experiences at this location were also slow and did not feel their services were a priority. I also know friends who had their cars worked on in the north Scottsdale store and asked what their experience was and they expressed it was excellent and quick in comparison. I am unsure if you share the same ownership but I think I would be wise to find what they are doing right that you could learn from in the future. I do want to say that Alan was helpful over the phone and during the last few days managed to contact me to let me know it would be longer than expected which I appreciated. As far as I've seen the quality of the work seems good from what I can see so I thank you for that. I hope this feedback helped.

I first dropped my car off around January 20th for a bumper issue and overall it took over 3.5 weeks to get my car back. That would be fine if the people that I called to talk about it with told me that they woul call me back which hey never did. They also kept changing the time my car would be ready and gave me so much attitude if I asked a question.

I appreciated being kept up on the status of the repairs and being given an estimated time for completion of the repairs.
