Originally, I was told that the complete repair would take a month and I thought that seems like a lofty goal, but okay, great. I understand there were some delays with parts being on back order, but my repair took 32 days longer than what I was originally told would be needed bringing the total repair time to 60 days. My main issue with the completion date being extended so frequently is that I would not be made aware of this until the day before. So I would be making plans to come pick up my car the next day and I would get a call or an automated email to let me know the completion date was going to be extended. For example, my completion date was September 8 and Jeff didn’t call to tell me that it would be another week until 4:30 pm on September 7. He also sent me an email stating that my car would be painted on a Friday or Saturday, but when I called to check in on the following Tuesday, it had not yet been painted and he could not tell me why it had not be done as promised nor did he “speak to his production manager and give me a call back”, as he said he would. Constant and unexplained delays quickly became infuriating. Even a representative from State Farm who had spoken with Jeff could not fully explain to me the reason for the multiple delays. It was going to be done, finally, and I was to be able to pick it up but was told last minute that someone had failed to realize a crucial part for the trunk was not on hand and another day would be needed. Thankfully, Lynn had taken over and was wonderful to work with - she returned phone calls and sent me email updates constantly and I sincerely appreciated her heartfelt interactions. While I remain unsatisfied with the gross underestimate of the time it would take for completion and Jeff’s inability to effectively communicate with me, I am elated at the quality craftsmanship displayed in the finished repairs of my vehicle.

Terrible !! I will.never ever come.back.to any Arizona Collision Center. The work they promised was a lie. I was decieved in many ways. I was told my car would he completed in 10 days by the Mesa Arizona Collision and.given a.bad estimate for the cost of the repairs. I moved to another location In Fountain Hills so I.switched locations and.chose the shop closest to my home which as the Scottsdale location. Then I was told I could only get one estimate and.had to.go with the one I was given.by the Mesa location. So I.had.no choice like I am.accustom to in the past when I was able to get as many estimates that I wanted to, and had a choice of my own what body shop I wanted to.go.to. So that put me in a bad situation.to.start. Then I am told by the Geico estimate at the Scottsdale location that the estimate I was given was way off.by the Mesa location, regarding the estimated time to repair my vehicle. It was now over 2 weeks to.completion. I called ahead before dropping my car off and let them know I.couldnt afford to leave my car sitting in the parking lot for.days until they began the work. I was promised the car was gonna be started to be worked on the day I.dropped it off and they would call me when they took the car apart to.let.me know if they found any further damage. Well a week went by and no call. So I called and.was told that the estimate was off and they were.gonna call me to tell me that day that the original Message estimate was off by over a $1000.00. So then I was told after the inconveniences of letting my car sit for over a week without starting on it they would.pop out a dent.in the rear of my vehicle. Instead I was surprised when I went to.pick.it up that the estimate for.Geico come.out with a suction cup and was gonna try and pull out the dent when he originally said the day we met.it could.not be done by way of suction cup. Then he out the over sized suction cup on top of the dent to pull it out and said.it.couldnt be done which he already knew before he brought out the suction cup to try and pull it out to.begin with. In the beginning he told.me.it would take 50 labor hours and the cost of $800 + to pull a minor dent. Which was a laugh. This is estimator took me for.being an.idiot with no knowledge of body repairs, which he was wrong because I.know they drill a hole normally and put a screw in the hole and attach it to andent.puller with a weight on it to slide and pull the dent. Glennon was very deceitful. If thats the case that I would take.50 man hours to pull a little dent that is a sign of why it took over 3 weeks to.do the.work I.needed.done and.they didn't even fix the creeking noise beneath the body of my car. Glennon claims he test drove the car and don't hear anything. It must have been fixed with the body work that was completed he said..That was another lie because I got in the car and shortly after heard the creeking noise again. The side of the car turned out good. But for over 3 weeks to fix the minimal damage I had it should be good. It's not like I was hit by a truck. The side was barely pushed in because it was almost a side swipe not a broad sided hit. I can't imagine anyone being happy with being pied to one time.aftet another. They did.nothing to saisfy me after I.told them.how.luxh they inconvenienced me and the money I lost not being able to.work.because of how slow they were in getting most of the job done not even all of it. Glennon acted like their man hours to pull my dent.in the back.of my car was too.much for them to sacrifice. I also have frame damage still that was not fixed and the dent.in the.back of my car was not fixed after Glennon said they would.pop off the back.panel and do their best to.pop it out. He gavee.excuse after excuse why it couldn't be done. He played me like I was stupid. So no it was an.unexceptable outcome and I am very dissatisfied. Then on top of that they charged me $150.00 for that type of outcome instead of waving my remaining portion of my deductible because they inconvenienced me so much. They did nothing to.satisfy the customer. It was all about there bottom.pine!! Money. Well I will never come.back or recommend Arizona Collision again not will I recommend them. I also may drop my Geico Insurance after this experience

The repair itself seems to be good, but there has been a lot of little things. Tint not put back on windshield, Scratches on driver side of truck. Inside of truck absolutely Filthy, dash board had scratches all over it. Missing personal items when I picked up truck. Everyone tried to help but it was just way to much and I still have to bring truck back to be fixed (tint and scratches and dent in fender)

My only comment is to underpromise and over deliver. There were several missed deadlines regarding when my car would be ready. Otherwise, the work looks great and the staff was efficient, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with!!!
