I would recommend Pikes to anyone most definitely. If Mark and Ms. Thigpen are a reflection of the whole staff well what a team. I only spoke with those two and one other lady in the front office, didn't get her name however she was just as courteous and professional. I was completely satisfied with Pikes. I had never dealt with a collision company in the past ( never had a accident) so I didn't know what to expect. Obviously now the bar has been set very high for me if I ever have to go through this again. I want to thank the staff for the job well done.
