OMGOODNESS I told several people how Awesome my experience with PIKE's Collision were. Your Customer Service was so incredibly good from the time we walk into the front door. My file on my car was ready on the spot before we arrived, they even called for the rental company to come pick us up right away to get the rental car. My Cousin who was accompanying me was most impressed with the BEAUTIFUL fish tank in the lobby. From day one I received a call to ask if i noticed any problems after the car was wreck (I was so happy for the call because we forgot to tell them about the light on the dash coming on). They text me messages (Not a host of text messages) to keep me updated about the progress of my car process. THAT WAS AWESOME...I was given a target date & time for completion. OMGOODNESS it was DONE! PLUS, it was done RIGHT! My hopes is that I will never need the service again BUT Pikes will be my recommendation to every person I know with a need for their vehicles. THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING EVEN A DETAILED CAR WHEN YOU RETURNED IT TO ME????????
