I am completely dissatisfied with the service at Brock's. They had my vehicle in their possession for over a month. I feel, that even with ordering parts and holidays, they shouldn't have had my vehicle over a month. They also never contacted me unless I initiated the inquiry about the status of my car. On top of that, I was left paying 230 for extended days on a rental AND my deductible to them! I will NOT use this business again and I will NOT recommend their services to anyone!
