I had difficulty in getting an answer as to when my car repairs would be completed. For a while I was getting completion dates by email but they were often wrong and extended at the last minute. This finally stopped. I then had to initiate the calls and received answers like the first of next week or the last of next week. I was particularly concerned because I was receiving calls from the car rental place saying I was out of car rental insurance coverage. I was later told Universal would take care of the overage. It took a couple of calls to get this taken care of.
