My dayghter's car for whatever reasons kept getting delayed on finishing completion. I had to get involved along with my insurance agent which I thought was totally uncalled for and unnecessary. Your communication to us was very good but when I asked when and why on completion I was told I couldn't be given a definitive answer. Completion date was pushed back several times and none of this was acceptable service provided to us. All the employees we dealt with were very cordial and pleasant to talk to but I live in Panama City beach so I know all about the storm and that excuse kept coming up. I will be glad to talk to your representative but my daughter is the one y'all should be talking to.
