What a wonderful experience! Where to begin..... I have never experienced the professional manner in which they handrled everything from the moment we walked in the door. Karl's automotive has a great team and very friendly. They go above and beyond , for example I get a daily update on my vehicle. They offered to drive me home and pick me up if necessary. They gave me a close contact for a rental car while my vehicle is being repaired. Everything the said they would do they did. My car looks like new, they did s great job. I highly recommend Karl's !!!!!
