The customer service was superb. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They tended to every detail going above and beyond my expectations. The whole process could not have gone any smoother. It is evident that they care about their clients. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family, friends or coworkers. Karl was very nice and went out of his way to help us out. When he heard that we did not have rental coverage and that we were paying a lot of money for a bad rental, he helped us find a better deal. He was able to complete his repairs earlier than expected and waited for me to arrive a bit later on a Friday so I could pick up my car. Very genuine and very straightforward.
