Before authorizing the repair the person handling the estimate etc promised to take care of two small dents on the left and right front doors. At the time taking delivery after repairs the same individual provided me the business card of a person who fixes small dents. The dents on the door are not connected to the accident. I wish he had not promised to fix the dent.It was disappointing when the promise was not kept. I believe Karl's did an excellent job in repairing the car.

Karl was very friendly and helpful. He even let me return my rental vehicle at the body shop. He was able to get my car repaired in a timely manner, which I appreciated because I was going out of town during the weekend. My car came out beautiful, minus the horrific smell that they left behind. My interior still had new car smell, and now it smells like an animal died inside the car. I've tried air fresheners but to no avail. I'm going to have to go get my car detailed.
