I believe first impressions may make or break a potential client's opinion regarding a company. I was pretty shook up after my accident. Collision 2000 was one of a few referred by my auto insurance. I did a quick research on the net and found impressive feedback. Alicia, at the front desk, was helpful, friendly, understanding, patient, and knowledgeable. She was a big part of my choice. Miguel performed the post accident inspection. He was thorough and gentle. He explained the process in simple lay person terms. They completed the repair **** day sooner than promised. I got my truck back like new. It had been cleaned inside and out. George did the final walk through after repairs. I received an itemized portfolio of the work done, cost, warranty info. Very happy overall. Will definitely refer. Knock on wood I wont need to come back but I know where to go for autobody work. Thank you Collision 2000.
