I’m trying to be honest and fair in my thoughts. I appreciated receiving email updates on 2 or 3 occasions to tell me that my car would be ready 10 days after I left it with you. I called twice on Friday to get the status. I wasn’t called bac. I made another call to learn that my car would not be ready until the next week.
Upon picking up my car today it appears that perhaps the delay.. today was because the car was painted only a short while before pick up.
I would prefer to be told up front “ we experienced additional problems or , we were short staffed.”. I just feel as though this is not the level of service that you prefer giving. Thanks for letting me express this to you.
