I am completely satisfied with the results of the work on my vehicle. I appreciated the convenience of the coordination between the rental car agency and Certified Collision Center handling the drop off and return of the rental car. Certified Collision Center called me during the repair process to update me on the progress of repairs.

Collision Center did an amazing job on my repair. They were very courteous and kind throughout the process. Communication on how long my car would be in the shop could be a bit better but understand how busy they were andwith this labor and parts it takes a few days. Other than that I had an amazing experience and will definitely come again.

The actual repair is great. I am not happy that I had to wait extra days to get my car back, due to the computer system being down; I had to pay for extra days on the rental car. My car was also filthy when I got it back.
