THE CAR LOOKS GREAT. I really appreciated the frequent updates. Also everyone was very friendly.
We have used DUtch Valley in the past and if need would arise, we certainly would bring our cars there.

The work on the car looks great! Everything about your operation is fantastic!
One problem I had was that when I made arrangements to get my car done , that was over three weeks ago , I was told that I did not have to worry about call my insurance companie about a rental ! That they would call enterprise for me ! When I dropped off the car , there was no car for me. A call was made and Enterprise gave me a pickup ! That was the start of my hell dealing with the rental company! Granted they had no reservation for me. , they did try to help . It was so frustrating, my insurance would only cover $30 for the rental, the truck was over $50 , after we had a few heated discussions they lowered the price. It was a mess !
A mistake was made , not a big one , but one I had to deal with !

The rear lift glass struts were supposed to be replaced as part of the used part quoted. DCAW changed the part to new and didn’t include the struts as a separate item.
