From the initial contact with your shop. I was pleased with the customer service that was provided. The tow truck driver came to my place of business to retrieve the car keys from me then went to pick up my car from my home.
Thank you for all the updates that I received on the progress of my car and you gave me a date that youd be finished and it was complete on that day. When I heard a noise that was concerning you immediately resolved my issue. Thank you for all your work and it was a pleasure to have my car repaired.

Kari Bash always makes the experience positive and timely. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. The employees were all very friendly and understanding. It was a very frustrating time for me because I learned the individuals that hit my vehicle did not have the insurance they claimed they had at the scene. It had lapsed three days before the accident which I was informed after taking my car in and obtaining a rental. Thanks to all of the wonderful employees there, I didn't completely come unglued.
