Everything was easy about this. Drop off late on a Sunday with a drop box for the key; lots of communication on the progress of the repair, and the team finished early so they wouldn't have it over a 3-day weekend. Matt was wonderful, the front office staff was very friendly... repair looks great.

I have not had to use a body shop since I was in college, so the process was very new to me. Matt contacted me, was flexible with time, kept me informed, and made clear the steps I had to take to coordinate with Enterprise. I was also impressed that they did some clean up of two bumper pads that weren't damaged (thus not part of the collision repairs) to ensure they matched the new parts. The car was cleaned and ready to go on time! I was VERY pleased with the entire experience.
