Cody Mashburn is probably the most excellent customer service person I have ever encountered He kept me informed of the status of my car and also his communication with Travelers insurance company was invaluable I never want another collision experience, but I will refer your company and the reason is Cody I also appreciate your staff that made my car look like new

Keith was assigned to our claim. I called beforehand and spoke to the receptionist in Addison beforehand and confirmed that AutoNation had everything AutoNation needed for the dropoff, rental, etc. She said yes. Keith was not there when I arrived. I was supported by another guy, who immediately barked at me whether or not I had the estimate. I handed him what I thought was the estimate (I had disclosed to both him and receptionist that I hadn't had an insurance claim or visited a body shop in over 10 years...), and he immediately barked at me "That's not the estimate. I can't tell you anything without a copy of the estimate." I'm not arguing with what this guy said. I'm questioning and providing AutoNation feedback on how he said it. The guy came across as a complete ****, short/terse, and abrupt -- what I would expect from a 10 minute oil change or a gate agent on an airline. If it had been my repair and my money (not a lease, hence we have to go to AutoNation), I would have snatched the keys from his hand, walked out, and taken the car elsewhere. Beyond that, Keith did a great job keeping me up to date and explaining everything. The other guy, for lack of a better term, was a complete **** when I dropped off the x5. I'll be leaving an abbreviated version of this review on Google and Yelp.
