Dan Heafs did a great job for me. Helped me get none accident damage repaired as well as accident damage and kept them properly seperate. Was already to go when I noticed a protection strip on the back bumper wasn't there and he went back and checked photos and records and got that straightened out, and taken care of. Good job!

The repairs were done well but the communication about how long they would take was disappointing. We were initially told the repairs would take about 10-12 days but it ended up taking about 24-25. We were in communication throughout those days but sometimes the responses were more reactive to our questioning than proactive. I wish the initial estimate would have been more accurate so our expectations wouldn’t have been so high.
