Lack of customer follow up My car was dirty inside and screws were scattered in the back seat Small lights that surrounds the light beams are not working Engine light is on after 2 days from collision repair Now I have to take the car back again to the car dealer due to unreliable condition. I do deserve a credit in my account for these inconveniences and stress I've been going through for the past almost 2 months.

No problems at this time. Glad to have my car.

Good Morning, I have to say at this point I am very disappointed in the quality of work that was done on my car when I went to pick it up on Saturday. I have had bad experiences with body work at other body shops in the past and this was the very reason I chose to bring it to BMW for repair because I thought there would have been much more detail, quality and pride in the work and repairs done to my car. Upon arrival and inspection done to my car on Saturday I found numerous issues that cause me to have concern. See the list below of a few items that was a concern: -Car was not properly cleaned and had compound dust that settled into all of the crevices of the car. Even after they ran it thru the carwash before they brought it down the run off water was still muddy. -Scratches left on the car -Car was not buffed out -Scratches that were supposedly able to be buffed out were not. There is evidence of this on the trunk, doors and fender. -Moldings were not replaced properly -Paint run on the passenger side mirror -Antenna was supposed to be replaced but only poorly painted -Grease marks on the headliner -Huge paint line on the back quarter panel -A line that goes across the majority of the roof not sure if that was a paint issue or repair issue. -Left roof rail had a run on it -Two fish eyes in the roof -Door deck lid These are just a few examples of what my armature eyes saw when going to inspect the work preformed on Saturday. I am not quite sure who I need to direct this email towards. There was obviously not a quality check on the car prior to it being returned to me. I am not sure it there was not enough hours permitted from my adjuster and if this is the reason then it should have been brought to his attention since there had been additional supplements during this repair. I am totally shocked at the quality of work that was going to be returned to me. The reason I trusted my car repairs to you is that I thought you had a much higher standard of quality and work than other repair shops due to the type of dealership I was dealing with. I can only hope that this is a one time occurrence and that you do not turn out this type of work on the other high dollar cars you work on. I truly am disappointed that a BMW dealership would turn out this type of work. If this project was too much or you did not feel that it could have been repaired to the upmost quality I would have appreciated to know that from the beginning. We all have busy work schedules and now I am sure I will have to take more time out of my work schedule to come and inspect a car that should have been repaired right the first time. This is really a big inconvenience to me since my time to deal with these issues are limited.

Dan was a delight to deal with, and got the car back to be right on time. It looked great!

The only knocks were auto-texts indicated that the car wouldn't be ready until 3/19 but, in fact, it was ready 3/13. Got one that very morning, in fact, that said "62% done, on target for 3/19 completion" but got a call 2 hours later that it was ready. Additionally, when the car was delivered, it was obviously not inspected closely as the hood was on crooked and a piece of seal jutted out an inch from the front. Hopefully, no other quality control aspects were missed as that's a bit sloppy. Those minor quibbles aside, the car appears to have been fixed to our satisfaction.

Dan was excellent! I asked that he have my car ready by Friday since I was paying privately for a rental car... He had it ready by Thursday! The entire staff was very friendly (including enterprise), and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. Thanks again!
