It took 4 weeks for my repairs to be completed after I was told it would take 7-10 days. Thats a ridiculous amount of time considering the damage to the car was not that extensive. The wrong part was ordered so attention to detail was not there and I had to call to get updates as the person handling my car did not feel like I needed to know what was going on. Hopefully I won't need anymore repairs to my car but if I do I definitely will look around and chose a different body shop that is capable of getting the repairs done in a timely manner.

Communication and the people who I talked to were great! Very impressed!
The work itself I'm not fully sure yet. There were a few scratches on the inside and not quite sure if the window is quite sealed right, I'll know after I was the car. Paint and body work looks great, and car was cleaned quite good also. I would say 80-90% satisfied with the repairs so far and 100% satisfied with the customer service

Trunk is wet inside and dust in the new paint trunk spare damp trunk walls damp to back seat.bumper cover does not align with body pass side.trunk Matt has white foot prints and damp.trunk wall lining not put together correctly. There is possibly more.I did not accept the vehicle.

BUMBER WAS TOTALLY COMPLETELY FLUSH WITH THE NETAL,CAR WAS RETURNED WITH TRUNCK LINER OUTOF PLACE AND GOOP ON IT. SALRS ASSOCIATE DID TRY AND REMOVE GOOP AND FIX TRUNK LINER BUT WAS MAKING EXCUSES ABOUT IT AND MENTIONED WHY THE BUMBER NAY NEVER BE "PERFECT" BECAUSE IT IS NOT HELP ON BY ANYTHING AND MENTIONED THE REPAIR TEAM WAS NOT HAPPY THEY HAD TO REARRANGE ITEMS IN MY TRUNK MAKING IT APPEAR I WAS THE CAUSE OF THEIR FRUSTRATION EVEN THOUGH I WAS NOT TOLD TO CLEAR MY TRUCK PRIOR TO DROP OFF . A CUSTOMER SHOULD NEVER BE MADE TO FEEL BAD WHEN A SERVICE PROVIDER IS GETTING PAID GOOD MONEY FOR SERVCE RENDERED.
