I was told that all repairs had been completed on my car, but am additional supplement is now required to return my vehicle to pre loss condition. Additionally, my car key was damaged during the time my vehicle was at auto nation, and it was not returned to me in the condition it was left in with auto nation.

Dan and the team did a great job repairing the EOS and keeping us informed. The car does not appear to have been in an accident. Dan kept us informed through phone calls and e-mails from waiting for the car to be delivered through the expenses and the completion date.
