Text messages would be more beneficial if they matched the voicemail. I didn't listen to my voicemail and my car was actually ready on the 11th. I was relying on my texts and my text messages. According to my text on ****-14-16, my car still was still not finished. I would tell your customers to rely on voicemail and not even opt for text messages.

Jack kept us informed about all issues and how those would be resolved in that the initial inspection showed less damage than we thought so parts and more labor were needed. However my husband was disappointed that the car was not detailed out considering the extensive amount of work done to it. It wasn't dirty but it could been cleaner.

My car was ready for pickup but I had to wait 2 days to pick it up because the Autonation representatives I was dealing with did not communicate to each other that my invoice had been paid by the insurance in full. I was asked to provide a personal check upwards of 900 to cover the part of the invoice that Autonation mistakenly thought the insurance didn't cover. I had to do the extra legwork of calling the insurance company myself and having them straighten everything out with Autonation. I was never provided any kind of explanation by Autonation and was disappointed with this experience.
