Kevin was amazing.. He called and kept me informed every step of the way. I never wondered what to expect and when to expect it. He was on top of the repair at every turn. However, at delivery the car was filthy. it looked like a cloud of dust exploded in the car. not to mention there is paint overspray on the back windows and front headlamps. I don't believe that is Kevin's area. If there is any room for improvement it would be the very last step.. the most important.. Delivery!

In all honesty, the repair itself was perfect, however when I picked up the vehicle it had highlighted marks on several different spots of the car. I would have thought that after being repaired, it would be cleaned/washed. There is also an odor, which I understand is from the paint, but several days have passed and its still very strong.
