Robert Reeves was awesome! From the beginning, he took the time to answer my questions and walk me through the process. He even drove me to the rental car location the day I dropped my car off for repairs! When I picked up my vehicle, he helped me move all of my personal items from the rental to my vehicle. He was very knowledgable and kind!

My wife picked up the vehicle. I just checked it with following issues noted: both doors shake when opening like the doors are not appropriately aligned. The back door is slightly higher than the front door, a mark on the front panel was not buffed out and a paint bubble on the rear panel is visible. Please let me know the next step. Regards Jim

So far I have gotten 2 emails telling me that I would get updates on my car, and got no further info - no updates on my car.....one email asking me if I was satisfied after my car was delivered..... I don't have my car yet. something is amiss with your system. Please don't send me any more emails. Thanks

Satisfied with the work done, and in a timely manner. I would recommend you guys to anyone, as I will do business with you next time the need arises. Won't use Enterprise as the rental again. I will use someone who doesn't use Chrysler Dodge vehicles.

The repair took roughly 9 weeks to complete, and though some of that was due to a delay by my insurance company, I was not given a proper estimate of time in the beginning, which I would have appreciated since it would have helped me plan for the extended rental car expense. There were some small issues with my car, which I can understand due to the extent of the hail repairs. I am counting on them being repaired as promised once I receive a call to schedule the appointment. The real problem is that when my car was returned the gas tank was completely empty--so empty that the range was only dashes, though I turned it in with ****/4 tank of gas. Someone from your company drove my car to the dealership for me to pick up with NO gas in it. Red light on plain as day. Your employee at the dealership had to ride with me to the gas station and personally pay for some gas for me so that I was not stranded. (And thank goodness for him doing so!) I can't believe that your policy is to strand customers with no gas and then force your employees to pay for it out of their own pocket.
