Do not contact me. Two months my car was with you. Stupid text messages saying it was almost ready over a month ago, then lied to on the phone saying that it was ready but when they road tested it there had been a problem so they ordered a party only to find when I showed up unannounced on a Saturday they had just brought it inside the shop and started to work on it. When I asked about .text messages was told they are automatically generated and have no actual relation to repair time. Trying to talk to someone by phone is a joke as the young lady who answers the phone insists only the Rep assigned your car can answers questions about vehicle. Finally when you said it was done there were problems with the painting of the door and bumper alignment and it was dirty inside on the seats. Came back a second time and still had paint problems. Finally was ready today. Totally a frustrating experience.
