I WAs told I to would take a week of work after almost 2 ****/2wks caused me to pay car rental I picked up my car with parts loose and a few little bumps of paint. I was told to call later when rep who helped me would schedule a time. When I called Jennifer back she told me I need to find a time when the technician will be available. Now that u guys get paid I have to wait for ur continent schedule??? Bad experience and very bad service!
