They finished the work almost a full week ahead of schedule. They cleaned and detailed my car inside and out before they returned it to me! It is like getting back a brand new car. In fact, I believe it is cleaner when I got it back from Mahnke than it was when I bought it new from the dealership. I will definitely refer all friends here and will never use anyone else besides Mahnke!

I took my car in to have the bumper fixed, using this shop because the insurance company of the guy who hit my car had Mahnke on their list of approved body shops. They replaced my bumper, and it looked fine. But, after driving away, I realized that my turn signals and my power windows were now not working. When I stopped to inspect my fuse box, I saw that at least two of my fuses were blown... not a problem that I had before. I replaced the fuses, and they instantly blew again. I called Mahnke to complain that something had happened to my electrical stuff while my car was in your shop, and the person I spoke to made it seem like your shop would have nothing to do with this problem because you were dealing with the bumper and not the engine. Of course, you could easily have messed up the wires while replacing a bumper since the wires run through the entire car... the fuse box just indicates that there is a short circuit somewhere. She went on to mention that my check engine light was already on when the car came in (which I knew about... it's a fuel line problem. And also, the check engine light doesn't have to do with the electrical problems that would cause the turn signals to stop or the power windows to stop working.) Basically, she was already saying that Mahnke was not to blame, but she'll let me bring in the car to take a look anyway. My car was NOT HAVING ANY ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS until I left it with you. I'm bringing it in tomorrow, and we'll see if I find any satisfaction after you fix this.

The door that was replaced doesn't close properly and the're is damage on another door's handle.

I'm very pleased with the repairs Mahnke did on my two cars. I've used Mahnke in the past and they will be my go to body shop in the future as well. Keep up the good work, Paul E
