This is the second time I have had to use Boggus Ford Body shop to fix my vehicles. Both times they kept me informed during the repair process and both times they did an excellent job.

Not a lot of communication during the process. I had to initiate conversation regarding the progress. I kept being informed of a date my vehicle would be ready. After that, they would give me an excuse and date would get pushed back another week. This happened 3 times. My wife had to go over to inquire on the status and she told me the reps were rude and upset because she was asking questions regarding the repairs and estimated date of completion. A formal letter will be written and sent to the GM and the owner of Boggus Ford.
