I had to call to find out if my car was finished on the 12th. Which it wasn’t. Then got a message that my car would be finished at 3:40 on the 13th. I turn my rental car in, come to the shop to find out my car is still not finished. Finally got my car today the 14th. I feel like Alicia didn’t do her job properly, or professionally. Having to wait the extra time for my car, I feel I should have been compensated for it. Not sure if I will recommend you’s or not at this point.
