I brought my truck in to be repaired and was greeted by the secretary at the front desk, I believe Francis was her name is don't quite remember. She walked me through everything and as I was standing there a gentleman left his office behind her like a bullet to the door and never greeted me only to be stopped by her to ask who would be going over damages to my truck. When stopped he acted agitated asked to me to come outside to look at my truck for maybe a total of 45 seconds. I felt more like a pest than a customer like I was interfering with his obviously more important business that he had to tend to than my truck. Tell man never even introduced himself and I didn't even know his name until 8 days later when I picked my truck up. I only found out his name because of the card stapled to my paperwork. He was still too busy to acknowledge me and to do a walk around on my truck.He was on the phone handling what sounded like personal business because I could hear what would not be considered professional language coming from his office. The work itself I considered to be subpar but what is the use in complaining when just by walking in the door I could tell I wasn't important nor was my truck. So Premier Autoplex thank Tim Hindman for your less than stellar review.

Everyone was so nice and friendly from the moment I walked in to drop it off to the day I came and picked it up. Thank for you for excellent, quick, and friendly service.

Great customer service. An employee named Ken was kind and kept me informed of the progress all along the way. I hope I dont need repairs again but if I do I will definitely take my truck back to Premier.
