I want praise a few people: Charolette - she was amazing from the time I met her, for she handled me with kid-gloves as I explained my coyote incident and my BMW that had just left the service bay the day before. She read me like a book and knew that I would appreciate the details of what she does, plus you could tell that she was proud to teach me. She followed up with me like a champion, and then walked with me through a hectic close out of my case. She represented the Collision GM as if he was sitting on her shoulder assessing her for a raise.... Rare for sure. Robert - this tech represented the whole Auto/Tech/Professional community in the highest fashion! Without the details of the hectic perfect storm of circumstances, it should known he was incredible! He explained the entire billing process to me, when I was confused; he sought me out and took me aside to explain what his role was to the tee (again another Collision employee taking the time to read my personality). He, even, was courageous enough to get the highest clarification from the GM to ensure that he gave me the most correct information, and assurance that Autonation had no ego or lack of humility when a customer doesn't understand the process. Robert showed that he could be a leader when the business gets tough and/or scrutinized. When I drove away, I was extremely relieved and couldn't stop pondering about Charolette and Robert, and how appreciative I was of them. Please, let everyone know that they are the standard for customer service, personability, humility, compassion, professionalism, and most important of all, attitude for representing their profession! Lastly, there is only one line that can describe The GM, who I wished I could have meet, but I had to leave: Your leadership was, absolutely, seen through Charolette and Robert, and the resolution to my unique set of circumstances. I, purposely, did not share my profession with anyone in your office, at the onset, so that i could get each employee's truest responses to my questions and situation without judgment or preferential treatment. Charolette, Robert, and The GM treated me incredibly when it was all said and done. I appreciate what you three do! Respectfully, Lt David T
