Cody Jeffcoat was a phenomenal advisor. He was used for my sons car a provided Evelyn's customer service and feedback, so I decided to allow Autonation to fix my Lincoln when I was rear ended. Cody did not disappoint! He called with updates and then when the car was complete, he immediately informed me! That is the best service a client could ask for! Thanks Cody and Autonation. Awesome job. USAA will certainly get my feedback on this.

I understand that the reps are busy, but they need to do a better job of returning voice messages. My insurance company called my rep and left three messages. He didn't get in touch with the insurance company until I intervened.
