I began using Auto Nation when I moved to Benbrook
in September.
Mike has been my service advisor and he’s so
helpful and courteous. So when I had my car
accident, Auto Nation was my choice. I had
daily reports from Tod and others at the Collision
center and the repairs were finished on the date
promised. They delivered it to Caryn at the
dealership and the paper work was done and I was
on my way home in moments. The car looks good
as new. Ford makes an excellent product. My
little Fiesta was happy to be home and I was happy
to be driving it again.

I usually don't take the time to provide feedback on my experiences however, I have to say, we were very pleased with AutoNation Collision. Caren Pettyjohn was amazing! I was not completely satisfied because, I have to take my truck right back to get my rear bumper installed properly and I noticed a small scratch on the driver side doe to sanding ‘ and I noticed primer on the interior of my door that needs to be cleaned up and touched up.
Im not completely satisfied because all of these small details are an inconvenience for me. And I think that it could have belng done the first time.
