I will say that the repair was good, although there seems to be more road noise now. I will leep an eye on this. The customer service could be improved. When I first went to the shop, I asked if they had any brochures about their company. They looked ate like I had two heads. The shop itself transports you to the sixties. There are also huge potholes in the driveway, which the employee I was working with told me they had been there since he started (16 years). The employee (there 16 years) was also not familiar with the software sending text messages about the progress of my car. He asked the manager, who told me the information wasn't correct. I suggested that he just give me a call instead, so that I know. I also went to SVE for an estimate, and got an entirely diffent vib from them. They seem to have their act together. Brochures, an estimate while I waited, a nice waiting area, etc. That said, they couldn't get my car in for 6 weeks. Kim

I appreciated and enjoyed the daily text updates. You exceeded my expectations of the repair. Not only was the original repair done and painted but I had several other small marks that are now unnoticeable! It looks like I have a brand new car! Thank you!
