I requested a copy of all the repairs that were made by your shop. The staff person at the front desk said she could not provide that, because it was basically up to the insurance company once it has been paid. I've never heard of not being provided with a work order for the repairs completed. No one came out to even go over the repairs when I picked up my car. Also, in the Trunk area on both sides there are gaps that I'm not convinced should be there or not.
