I was told the rear drivers side door would be painted, it was painted to a point. Only half of a scratch was covered up. My front drivers side door also had deep nicks all the way down the edge of the door that were not there when I dropped it off. There was also a spot on the trim that hadn't even been touched.. I expected to see a car that I couldn't tell had been hit, but it was obvious that not too much care went into fixing my car.

It took way longer than they said it would. . . Two weeks longer. We should have been offered a free rental car when they didn't have it fixed by the time they said it would. They also charged us 110 for the tire which did NOT have a bulge in it before, and was caused by the accident, which they said was not. If it wasn't, then they should NOT have fixed it, because we could have saved money by going somewhere else! Not satisfied at all. We better be getting a refund. We will never go here again.
