I loved the daily texts to let us know our car’s progress. Also, the car was spotless when I picked it up - an unexpected perk! Finally, and most impressive, Dan knew we needed our car for a scheduled road trip - and made sure our car was done a couple days earlier than scheduled so we could be on our way! That was such a fantastic gesture. Wonderful customer service. The receptionist was lovely and friendly. Brad was very helpful, and Juan at enterprise was very kind and helpful as well. I was very impressed with the entire experience.

It was very inconvenient. Not sure if the time issue was on your end or my insurance company. Also not happy with people who do not trust the customers and do not warn them ahead of time. Would have appreciated knowing you would not accept my check so I could have gone to the bank and gotten a cashiers check for the one hundred dollars. I trusted you with a twenty_two thousand dollar car . Also cannot figure out why the seatbelt extender was removed from the seat and put on the floor under the seat it took me 10 minutes to find it. No work was done inside the car as far as i can tell. The gentleman who went over the worknwith me when i picked up the car was very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. I did not realize the extender was missing until after I left the shop.
